Tilda Basket

Three posts in one week, not sure I've done that yet this year! :) I'm entering this at TOMIC and the challenge is to create a basket and decorate with Magnolia stamps. Magnolia part was easy since those are all I've been using lately! Wasn't sure how to make a basket, so went on youtube and found a design for this one, very easy! Decorated it with lace & butterflies and then added a Magnolia tag.
Here's a side view with a few little goodies inside.

I covered a memo pad with this cutie.

A close up of the tag, hard getting a good picture at night, so I added a bit of colored cardstock behind her to bring out the colors a little more.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you all have a good weekend. We're off to a few Christmas Bazaar's, always gets us in the holiday spirit! :) OH and it snowed most of the day yesterday for the first time!! Nothing really stuck, but it was pretty. ~hugs

Stamps: Magnolia
Paper: MME 29th St Market, Bazzill, Neenah
Extras: Copics to color, Raffia Lace, Lace, Pearls, Wild Orchid Craft Flowers, Paper Doily, Ribbon, Linen Thread

Tammi, this is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful coloring and such perfect embellishments. This will make someone a fabulous gift, if you can bear to give it away. You do still have my address, right lol? So happy to see you posting your lovely creations again :)

Ohhhh GORGEOUS! Funny, I had saved a link to a tutorial on how to make these -- I'm not one to make 3d projects but it looked simple enough & I thought they would be great baskets to fill with candy for Christmas -- still haven't tried it though -- too many things to try, too little time :)

I am always amazed at how you get the embellishments on your cards just right...lots of texture and interest without being too busy. Making a simple bastket with a fancy tag is a great idea; it allows for making mutiples in advance and keeping them unassembled until needed. Keep on inspiring your blogland friends!
